"We do our best to create a quiet relaxing environment for all of our clients. We understand all kids have different temperaments so we try to limit the age to 13. Some time periods are slower than others so you can always ask when would be a time where the spa would be free of other patrons, as to not disrupt other clients. "

"We don't accept walk-ins at the moment. We rarely have anyone on the sideline waiting for a client to fill a spot. However, there is the odd last minute cancellation, so you're welcome to call and see if you get lucky! To ensure your spot, call or book online! We will do our best to accommodate your schedule."

"Yes! We offer free consults for any service on the menu! Not all services require a consultation though. Some of the most popular requests are IPL Hair Removal and Skin Care. We have a wide variety of services, so it can get overwhelming. You can book a consultation with anyone, at anytime. "

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Sun Defense and Lip products cannot be returned.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

"If you arrive late to your appointment, we will make every effort to accommodate you, but this is not always possible. Service time may be shortened to avoid delays for other guests. The total value of appointment will remain the same. Your appointment may be cancelled if you miss your appointment by 15 minutes or more, to ensure our quality service isn't compromised. Last minute changes to appointments will be honoured only if a service appointment is available for a later time in the day (of your appointment) and other guests are not inconvenienced.
Spa packages, multiple service reservations or for parties of three or more are charged at full value if canceled within 48h of appointment. All service sales and gift certificate sales are final, with no refunds. Should you not wish to redeem a gift certificate you can use it as a spa credit toward retail items, or re-gift it. A gift certificate can not be used to leave a gratuity. If an appointment made to redeem a gift certificate is not cancelled or rescheduled within the reasonable times as stated in the policies above, we will be unable to redeem your certificate.

"Of course we do! The only service that is offered exclusively to women is the Brazilian Wax. Waxing men in that area require special training. It is not a service we are qualified to offer."
